Villa Ancora is located in Binibeca Vell,a short walk from the well-known fisherman village and approximately 10 minutes from the beach. Bars, restaurants and souvenir shops are within short walking distance. Sant Lluís is about a 7-minute drive away, and there is a regular bus service close by. Other south-coast beaches can be reached within a 5–10 minute drive, and north-coast beaches in around 20 minutes. The transfer time from the airport to the property is approximately 15 minutes under normal traffic conditions.
Exterior:
Directly connected to the lounge is a covered porch with a table and chairs for al fresco dining, as well as sofas for relaxing in the shade. The swimming pool is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace. On the other side of the garden there is a grass area with indigenous plants. There is also a barbecue available.
