Finca Sant Jaume is a typical Menorcan farmhouse located less tan 3km from Son Bou beach, bars and restaurants, and 5km from Alaior. The capital town Mahon and the port are less than a 20 minute drive away.

The property is surrounded by beautiful Menorcan countryside, guaranteeing both privacy and tranquility. The patio at the front of the house is furnished with a garden swing and table and chairs. Next to the swimming pool is a further exterior dining area, with a shaded pergola and stone barbeque. Behind the pool is a large grass lawn and trees providing natural shade.
