This villa is in an elevated, prominent position on the cliff top in one of the most stunning locations on the island. It has fantastic views over the spectacular bay of Cala Galdana and yet is just a short walk to the beach below. An extra feature is a one bedroom studio on the upper level. Situated next to the other bedrooms but also has a separate exterior entrance via stairs. It has its own sitting room with sofa and small sun terrace. Air conditioning is now installed in the bedrooms operating on a timer at night.

The beach and resort facilities can be reached by steps down the cliff in about 7 minutes or an easier 15 minute walk. Otherwise about 3 minutes by car.
